  • Flexible paid time off, but require you to use a minimum of 10 days per year in addition to our paid holidays.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave and six weeks paid leave for pregnancy loss.
  • Paid holidays in the U.S. include New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, two days for Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
  • Employees not living in the U.S. are given the holidays of their home country.

Do it right and on time

Our software supports mission critical business processes. When it doesn't work, people’s lives are affected: they have to work late, they lose customers, they can lose their jobs. Our first job is to make sure our software works to meet the needs of our customers.

We also work in an environment where time matters. Delivering late means damaged relationships and lost trust. When we make a time commitment, we stick to it. We will not make time commitments we don't believe in.

Given the choice between on time and quality, we choose quality, but we aim for both.
