PHILADELPHIA, April 11, 2023 – Chain.io, a cloud-based integration platform that connects partners across the global supply chain, today announced that GateHouse Maritime, a leading provider of ocean supply chain visibility and predictability services, will be joining its network. The integration will enable forwarders to view and use insights from GateHouse Maritime directly in their transportation management system (TMS).
The integration between Chain.io and GateHouse Maritime will allow forwarders to track ocean freight at the container and vessel level through OceanIO from GateHouse Maritime. Shipment details from GateHouse Maritime, like vessel name, voyage number, origin, or destination, will pass through Chain.io for translation and be delivered into the forwarder TMS or other customer systems.
