PHILADELPHIA, September 12, 2023 – Chain.io, a cloud-based integration platform that connects partners across the global supply chain, today announced that Rose Smith has joined as Vice President of Customer Success. Rose will leverage her supply chain expertise building large scale digital solutions to drive innovation with Chain.io’s customers.
Rose brings over two decades of industry expertise, marked by an impressive track record of leading cross-functional teams and shaping innovative strategies in the logistics and supply chain sector. Her experience in implementing transformative solutions and fostering operational excellence will further Chain.io's mission to seamlessly integrate data between supply chain systems.

Prior to joining Chain.io, Rose held pivotal leadership roles as Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations for iRobot and Head of Supply Chain Development for the LEGO Group. In these roles, Rose played an instrumental role in strategizing, implementing, and evolving supply chain frameworks.
