Developed in direct response to real customer feedback and requests, we have published several new features that are specifically designed to enhance our users' ability to efficiently manage and monitor their freight operations. By incorporating these customer-driven improvements, we're not just updating our system; we're reshaping the way our customers interact with their entire supply chain ecosystem.

Here are a few key new features to be aware of.

Negative Result Monitor

Our new negative result monitoring feature alerts users about the files that have not been delivered as expected within a certain timeframe. With this feature, users are promptly informed about any deviations from anticipated performance of their integrations, allowing for quick corrections or updates.

We’re committed to making sure our users have comprehensive control of their data and connections with trading partners, and the introduction of the negative result monitor gives them just that. In place of manual monitoring and intervention, users can have peace of mind knowing they will receive notice if a file isn’t delivered as expected.

Custom File Naming

Flexibility and control are at the forefront of our custom file naming feature. Users can now personalize file names that pass through Chain.io by selecting from a range of variables such as date, time, prefix, or even adding their unique custom string.

This enhancement, inspired by user feedback, is designed to streamline file management, reducing confusion and improving the efficiency of Flow executions. It also addresses key issues like preventing file overwrites and facilitating easier identification of files, both on our platform and in external trading systems.

For those utilizing S3 systems, the added capability of using "/" to distinguish file names brings an extra layer of customization.

Integration Filters and Search

With our new integration filters and search feature, users can swiftly locate specific integrations between their systems. This real-time indexing tool not only enhances the user experience by providing instant search results but also simplifies the navigation process on the Workspace landing page. This capability is a significant step towards enabling users to effortlessly manage and access their configured connections within the platform.
